Refunds Policy

Here at Espresso we keep things simple. Our subscriptions don’t have any length of commitment, or any cancellation fees.

We strongly recommend that you experience your blend for at least 12 months to get the most out of your subscription.

In the event that we, Espresso, terminate your subscription prior to work commencing for any reason, a full refund of the monthly payment will be made to you.

In the even that you decide to cancel your subscription, you will not be billed again unless you decide to re-subscribe. Note that you will not be refunded any payments already made, and no refunds will be given on Works or Services completed and/or delivered/published.

If you cancel your subscription during an active request, it will be determined on a case-by-case basis whether or not that request will be completed or cancelled based on the time you have remaining on your account.

This policy is subject to both our Service Level Agreement and our Terms and Conditions. Please read both of these documents carefully to understand further details on how cancellations are handled.
